  • Certification programs under IISU (International Institute of Skills Upliftment) for recognized civilian qualifications.

3. Employment & Placement Support

  • Dedicated recruitment drives for ex-servicemen within Seashell Integrated Services and partner companies.

  • Job roles in security, training, logistics, administration, and supervision.

  • Partnerships with corporate clients to encourage veteran hiring through CSR collaborations.

4. Mentorship & Entrepreneurship Support

  • Connecting veterans with business mentors and retired officers who successfully transitioned into civilian roles.

  • Guidance on setting up small businesses or becoming security consultants.
